Schedule: Schedule is 8 hours, can start between 7am and 8am, 30 min lunch
Salary: $20/HR
Description:This position reports directly to the Controller and works with several departments including but not limited to, warehouse, accounting, commercial operations, and pricing.

Description:This position reports directly to the Controller and works with several departments including but not limited to, warehouse, accounting, commercial operations, and pricing.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Review & sign off on daily receiving batches upon arrival from warehouse
- Maintain Arizona Daily Receiving Log
- Bi-monthly Receiving Log Audit with Resolution
- Number, Audit, Image, File, and Archive Daily Receiving Packets
- Identify discrepancies for receive & breaks vs. claims
- Process below threshold receive and breaks
- Process inventory adjustments
- Process code to code movements and layer adjustments after Staff Accountant validation
- Log samples received into DC warehouse
- Image transfer invoices
- Provide BOL to receivers as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma/GED
- Two years general accounting
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Accurate data-entry skills
- 10 key by touch.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written are vital to the success of this position
