Pay Rate: $17-21 per hour
Schedule: 8am-5pm M-F / Business casual office environment.
Billing Specialist Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily billing/invoicing, revenue accruals and cost based on incoterms
- Preparation of Daily and Monthly cost reports
- Access and gather all checks received during a specific month
- Manually apply unapplied payments into internal system
- Assist with the refund process
- Prepare and implement audit process to verify data matching process
- Skill In: experience with MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point
- Detail oriented Ability To: Cooperatively work with team to meet deliverables and perform any additional task as directed by Manager
