Job DescriptionRemX is assisting our full-service law firm in Philadelphia, PA with their search for a Consumer Litigation Associate. The ideal candidate will have 2 - 5 years of experience. This law firm is focused on complex class action litigation.

Requirements
- Consumer Litigation Associate would be expected to conduct legal research, draft pleadings and various motions, respond to discovery demands, and assist partners with all aspects of litigation.
- The ideal candidate must have strong research and writing skills.
- Be creative and motivated to investigate potential new cases and learn about consumer protection law as well as have litigation experience (i.e., researching, and drafting motion papers and other litigation documents, taking and defending depositions, and conducting oral arguments).
- Prior complex civil or class action experience, particularly in consumer protection law, is a plus.
- Must-have qualifications: JD from an ABA-accredited Law School.
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania
