RemX - Accounting & Finance Staffing is Hiring a Remote Customer Service Rep (Remote after training)

Title: Customer Service Rep
Work from home after 4 to 5 weeks of onsite training.Compensation:
  • Hourly rate bonuses
  • $50/month internet allowance
  • Company pays most of employee medical insurance.
  • Company pays for life insurance and long-term disability.
  • Dental and Vision are the typical cost.
  • 401k is available.
Training:9am-5pm, Monday through Friday (1 hour lunch) 40 hours Total
Training lasts 4 to 5 weeks and is onsite in Phoenix.
Post Training Schedules:We are currently staffing schedules between 5am and 9pm.
  • Must be able to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day. (40 hours weekly)
Post- Training Location:Work from Home (Must reside within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ)
Brief List of Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound customer calls and resolve all issues within a single contact.
  • Communicate empathetically with customers, addressing their needs.
  • Follow up with customers to resolve concerns.
  • Meet booking conversion, quality, and productivity goals for inbound calls.
  • Work accurately with close attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Live within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ
  • Able to train onsite for up to 5 weeks in Phoenix.
  • Must have high-speed home internet with the ability to plug into a modem.
  • Type 35 WPM
  • 2 years of customer service experience (can be in any industry)
  • Great communication and phone skills.
  • Computer Proficient.
  • High School Diploma or GED
