RemX - Accounting & Finance Staffing is Hiring a Human Resource Generalist Near Wilsonville, OR

Job DescriptionRemX is seeking a Human Resource Generalist in the Wilsonville, OR area!Responsibilities:
  • Supports HR Manager and HRBP to successfully implement local initiatives, and execute regional and corporate programs
  • Help to create an environment to attract, develop, retain and engage talent throughout the OpCo to deliver business goals
  • Executing of transactional core HR processes (e.g. coordinate and conduct new associate orientation, unemployment claims processes, onboarding and exit interviews, transitional return to work, leave administration, OSHA reporting, etc.)
  • Providing coaching and guidance to associates and supervisors regarding policy and procedure
  • Supporting hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and staffing plans
  • Maintaining and supporting eTime system and payroll-related activities
  • Supporting HRBP to drive an inclusive and diverse culture
  • Administer programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction levels
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent successful work experience
  • Bachelor's degree with major or emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration or a closely related field rare preferred
  • 4-7 Years of Experience of prior HR department administrative work experience
  • Experience in Human Resources management preferred and/or an equivalent combination of related training and experience
  • Detail oriented with problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in written and verbal communications
  • Strong organization, time management and project management skills and multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to handle detailed work, work with varying types of data and maintain confidentiality with a courteous, patient, and helpful attitude toward employees
  • MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to interact well with co-workers and outside contacts
