Location: On-Site in Reno, NV
Pay: $17/hr.
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9am start (8 hour shift)
- No time off during the first 90 days
Brief List of Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls to assist customers with appointments.
- Assist with scheduling logistics for shipping vehicles.
- Navigate call center software to perform tasks.
- Resolve customer issues and logistics problems.
- Must be able to commute to Reno, NV daily (must live within 30 miles of Reno).
- 2 years of recent call center experience.
- Possess excellent problem solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Must be able to utilize basic Excel and accurately perform data entry.
- Must be career minded and interested in job longevity.
- High School Diploma or GED
