PAY: $23 per hour
HOURS: Monday-Friday 8a-5p in office

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Execute shipment management tasks throughout the shipment cycle
- Participate in client meetings
- Serve as liaison between clients and service providers
- Resolve shipment deficiencies
- Resolve pick up, delivery, or en-route exceptions and minimize impact to customer
- Communicate potential service failures
- Accurately enter data into database for client documentation
- Provide backup to other team members
- Other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Strong customer service skills required
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics or transportation is a plus
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
