Job DescriptionOffice Assistant - Warranty DepartmentType: 1 year contract with the possibility of going permanent Location: Kearney, MO 64060 Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am – 4 pm ( may have some flexibility) 100% in office Rate: $19 hourly Overview:We are seeking a dependable and eager individual to join our Warranty Department. The ideal candidate will possess basic Excel skills, data entry proficiency, and the ability to communicate professionally. Responsibilities of the Office Assistant - Warranty Department:
Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
Handle filing and manage incoming mail.
Dispose of regrind materials appropriately.
Clean and test samples to ensure quality standards.
Assist with various clerical tasks as needed.
Keep track of samples that come in and where they went and document into an already created Spreadsheet
Requirements of the Office Assistant - Warranty Department:
Basic proficiency in Excel.
Strong data entry skills.
Professional communication abilities.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
