Job DescriptionLocation: Plantation, FL or Miramar, FLLeading provider of supplemental benefits, flex cards, and member engagement solutions, is looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REP for a ONE WEEK PROJECT, helping with Medicare customer service.
$24/hr | Schedules between 7am to 11pm | Will include weekend days
Starting 6/28 through 6/30

$24/hr | Schedules between 7am to 11pm | Will include weekend days
Starting 6/28 through 6/30
- Fri, 6/28 Train full day
- Sat, 6/29 Train half day, Production half day
- Sun, 6/30 Production all day
- Inbound calls only
- Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
- Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
- Serve as a single point of contact for the customer and form a strong relationship to support them
- Conduct proactive research on assigned member accounts to identify service issues
- GED / High School Diploma (or higher) REQUIRED
- 1 year experience in customer service within the same company REQUIRED
- Strong computer skills
- Will need background and education verification
