- Pay: $30 - $40/hour
- Schedule: Mon - Fri, 9:00AM - 6:00PM
- Duration: Up to 9months with possible extension and perm opportunity
- 100% remote
- Monitor different projects running concurrently, tracking them, checking on progress and following up appropriately.
- Send out different training materials; department creates and updates onboarding training that will require information from different departments.
- Will follow up with dept managers to get needed information.
- Schedule meetings (via Teams).
- Take notes during meetings and follow up on those notes (sometimes will take minutes).
- Follow up on outstanding action items and prepare for meetings.
- Collaborate with different workgroups to identify problems, find solutions, write up in the playbook and distribute to appropriate personnel.
- Work on Tableau dashboard (not required to create them; reports are already created)
- 2 Years minimum Mid - Senior Project Managing/ Coordinating experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Teams and Outlook
- Great verbal and written communication
- Ability to multi task and prioritize based on importance
- Ability to define processes/ procedures
- Healthcare experience is highly preferred
- Outgoing and bubbly personality
- EPIC or SharePoint experience is a plus
