RemX - Accounting & Finance Staffing is Hiring a Remote Remote Recruiter
You will perform a high volume amount of activities from recruiting new hires to communications with existing hires and working directly with client Managers to solve problems and drive recruitments.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, recruit, and interview potential employees, including high volume contact center positions
- On-board and quality check new employees
- Implement company culture, values and policies in everything that you do
- Provide clients and management requested reports and information
- Ensure activities are focused on employee engagement
- Accurately maintain employee information
- Ability to build rapport with all candidates
- Can-do attitude that positively affects all candidates, colleagues and clients
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience preferred in HR, recruiting, sales, or other related fields such as Admissions Advisor
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws or ability to learn and implement
