Hours: 8 am- 5 pm Monday-Friday
The Sourcing Specialist position is temporary going into August 2024.
100% onsite
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and onboarding
- Utilize different channels to find candidates (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Applicant Tracking systems)
- Engage with candidates over the phone, email or in person
- Data entry into applicant tracking system
- Schedule interviews
- Assist with onboarding process (document management, follow up, initiating background checks and drug screens)
- High School Diploma
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of recruiting/onboarding process
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
