Hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Various Office and Administrative duties
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivables and light collections
- Entering payroll into the system for payroll
- Entering fuel receipts
- Ordering office supplies
- Auditing of logs and trip reports for DOT
- Filing, phones, and customer service
- High School Diploma or GED
- MS Office Suite experience
- Strong math skills
- Customer service experience
- Detail oriented with strong follow through skills
- Ability to multi-task
