DescriptionAre you a hard working individual looking for an amazing work from home position?Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Client is looking for driven, friendly, and experienced Medical CSR’s to accompany their REMOTE TEAM!This is the one for you!!!APPLY TODAY!!!Position: Medical CSRPay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: 7am-7pm EST. M-Sat (8hr Shift between these hours)

Start Date: August 2024Job Details
  • Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls.
  • Provide good customer service and empathy.
  • Using computer skills for data entry.
  • Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
  • Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
  • Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of Call Center experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON SATURDAYS
  • Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
  • Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
  • HS Diploma/Equivalent.
  • Must live in the state of Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Utah, or Kentucky to be considered.
