DescriptionRemX is proud to represent a well established 3PL Logistics organization in the Hialeah Gardens area seeking for a Bilingual Logistics Office Coordinator(2nd Shift) to be part of their team on a long term contract. Work Schedule: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Fridays as needed (Off Sat/Mon) Start time 3-4pm (8 hour shift, some OT)Bilingual Logistics Office Coordinator (2nd Shift) is responsible for coordinating office operations in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Responsibilities for Bilingual Logistics Office Coordinator (2nd Shift)
Account Management/ Client relations and retention
Responsible for purchasing items internationally and locally
Manage purchase orders, track orders, and client communication
Create pick ticket and packing list
Ensure that accounts files are updated and organized
Establish and maintain supplier/vendor accounts
Administer employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits and allowances
Responsible for implementing office/distribution policies, standards and procedures.
Handled office administrative work, process order paper work, process and verify driver paper work, verify orders are correct when prepared, and answer emails.
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Problem analysis and problem-solving
Great attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated, work independently and able to meet deadlines
Communicate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization
Bilingual English/Spanish
