- Provide analytical support to one or more projects. Organize project tasks, structure information collection activities, and set timelines for completion.
- Analyze data, provide recommendations, and make formal presentations to multi-disciplinary teams.
- Develop new approaches for finding additional needed information.
- Identifying alternative solutions to issues in the reasonably complex project(s) and understanding how the outcome will affect multiple areas/departments.
- Make sound decisions on best use of resources in support of medical center priorities and strategies.
- Develop and maintain assigned databases and reports in Excel and other platforms, for internal and external consulting.
- Pull data and develop reports with minimal supervision or direction.
- Develop and recommend effective business improvement initiatives.
- All duties as assigned.
- Bachelor Degree in HR, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience in a related field required
- 2 years of experience preferred working with data, reports and/or accounting
- Strong understanding of the nursing profession and healthcare industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of healthcare finances, including hospital expenses, labor and revenue
- Master Degree
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Ability to solve complex issues
- Experience in a progressive, rapidly changing environment
- Understanding and management of inventory control experience
