Seeking for a Greeter /Customer Service Representative with outgoing personality with the ability to warmly greet clients at the door and walk them over to Teller machines.

Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for guest entering facility, will be providing customers with support and assistance.
• Holding doors open for incoming guests.
• Directing customer complaints to upper management and supervisory personnel.
• Handing out promotional materials and coupons to customers as they enter retail establishments or grocery stores.
• Offering free samples to incoming customers.
• Ensuring all entering guests meet security requirements when applicable.

Greeter / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• In-person Customer Service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem solving abilities
• Team Player
