You will work closely with senior management to provide insightful financial analysis and drive strategic decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to make a significant impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
