ResponsibilitiesClient Support: Assist customers with inquiries, policy changes, and claims related to personal insurance policies.
Inbound Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally, addressing customer needs with empathy and expertise.
Policy Review: Conduct thorough policy reviews with clients to ensure they have the coverage that best suits their individual needs.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, policy changes, and other relevant information.
Resolution of Issues: Take proactive measures to resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
RequirementsLicensing/Designations: Holds a valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a meticulous approach to tasks.
Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve client issues effectively and efficiently.
Technological Skills: Ability to adapt to various digital platforms and utilize Microsoft Office Suite.
