*** Must be able to work 5 days in the office during training to have them shadow others in the office before moving to a hybrid schedule*** .
Pay : $19.98/hr. Benefits
Shift: Start Time- 8:30a CST. Job Description:
Position may include receiving and placing telephone calls.
Performing data entry.
Maintaining customer relationships.
Processing and shipping of electronic and manual orders for major retailers.
Serve as a customer advocate to those retailers, and corresponding regularly with Field Force, NYO personnel, Brand Ops, MSL, Manufacturing, I&C, PIM and Physical Logistics.
Requirements:
Minimum of AA degree required
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Customer Service in a call center.
Logistics experience is a plus
Excellent customer service skills, soft skills, able to handle emails & understanding Contact Center KPI's.
SAP or Salesforce systems knowledge required
Proficient skills in MS Office Suite.
