JOB DETAILS

Title: Licensed Health Insurance Agent

Location: 100% Remote

Equipment: Provided

Pay: Base pay uncapped bonuses

Normal Hours: Mon - Fri, regular business hours

Open Enrollment Hours (8 week period): Overtime available and weekends.

Brief List of Job Responsibilities:

- Receive mostly inbound calls from interested customers regarding Medicare expenses and coverage optimization.

- Identify consumer insurance needs and effectively sell insurance plans/products over the phone.

- Provide excellent service through actively and empathetically listening to callers.

- Adhere to company standards while meeting goals.

Requirements:

- High Speed Internet and a quiet home office environment.

- Possess a current health insurance license and be licensed in your state of residence.

- Reside in one of the following time zones: EST, CST, or MST.

- Have a sales mindset and a strong understanding of Medicare products.

- Previous experience working during an open enrollment period.
