Location: Plantation, FL or Miramar, FL

Leading provider of supplemental benefits, flex cards, and member engagement solutions, is looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REP for a ONE WEEK PROJECT, helping with Medicare customer service.

$24/hr | Schedules between 7am to 11pm | Will include weekend days

Starting 6/28 through 6/30

• Fri, 6/28 Train full day
• Sat, 6/29 Train half day, Production half day
• Sun, 6/30 Production all day

Job Responsibilities:

• Inbound calls only
• Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
• Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
• Serve as a single point of contact for the customer and form a strong relationship to support them
• Conduct proactive research on assigned member accounts to identify service issues

Required Qualifications:

• GED / High School Diploma (or higher) REQUIRED
• 1 year experience in customer service within the same company REQUIRED
• Strong computer skills
• Will need background and education verification
