PAY: $15-$17 per hour DOE

The Church Receptionist is the first point of contact for the Church, responsible for welcoming the public and congregation, and providing administrative support. This role requires effective communication, people skills, and proficiency in office tasks.
Key Responsibilities of the Part-Time Receptionist :
- Assist with the bulletin creation
- Serve as the initial contact for inquiries.
- Manage calls, emails, and mail.
- Maintain church records and prepare weekly bulletins and newsletters.
- Support pastors and elders with congregational needs.
- Coordinate church events and maintain the church calendar.
- Update church website and attendance records.
- Handle administrative duties and office maintenance.
- Prior receptionist experience and MS Office knowledge.
- Willingness to undergo background / drug screen .
- Accountability: Reports to the Senior Pastor and is overseen by the Personnel Committee, which conducts annual reviews.
