Job Description
RemX has an exciting opportunity for a Product Coordinator in West Hills, CA! This position will be a remote position but must be located near West Hills, CA!
Duration: 3-6 months with potential extension
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
Location:
- Onsite initially for onboarding and training then will move to fully remote
Essential Functions:
Taking in requests to make changes on parts, documents, and making conversion
- Perform product and documentation data entry into Product Lifecycle Management tool, including workflow assignments and change request routing
- Utilize Adobe Acrobat and Excel spreadsheets for Data Entry
- Ability to work well with others
Basic Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, Adobe Acrobat, and web-based applications
- Attention to detail
- Ability to complete processes with expected turnaround times
Additional Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Must have experience using Excel, Adobe Acrobat, MS Teams, and Outlook
