Responsibilities:

• Open the mail and distribute
• Answer an eight-line phone system
• Match vendor invoices to the orders and then utilize UPS or FedEx bill to calculate the shipping costs for the order
• Enter tracking numbers into software
• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook and data entry
• Customer- service oriented
