Our client in Oklahoma City is seeking a Workday Analyst for a full time, permanent role. 2 days a week onsite in the office is required. Relocation available. U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders only.

Position Overview

The Workday Functional and Technical Analyst plays a key role in supporting and maintaining the enterprise human resources information system, Workday. This system encompasses core functions such as Human Capital Management, recruiting, talent management, benefits, time and absence, learning, payroll, and reporting. The role is essential for optimizing technology use to support HR functions, ensure compliance, and meet data analytics and reporting needs.

Job Details

• Full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.
• Supports the Human Capital Management team.
• Salary commensurate with education and experience.
• Requires in-office presence at least 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to end users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system problems.
• Collaborate with functional teams, agencies, and vendors to address technical issues and ensure system reliability.
• Assist with the configuration, testing, and implementation of system enhancements, updates, and new modules.
• Improve HR processes through automation, self-service tools, and workflow enhancements to enhance agency and employee experiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new Workday features.
• Recommend system optimizations and process improvements.
• Maintain and configure HRIS software, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, quality management, and customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Primarily involves sitting at a computer in a comfortable office environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in human resources, information technology, business, or a related field.
• Four years of experience with Workday or similar software.

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more Workday Pro certifications.
