We are currently looking for a Customer Service Agent that holds a valid Property & Casualty license to join our award-winning Team in our Hot Springs office!

Responsibilities- Manage our growing customer service team by reinforcing our customer focused culture and processes
- Identify potential gaps in customer coverage to better protect their families. Then refer them to our sales department.
- Provide exceptional customer service, with empathy, on high level service issues
- Required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus!
- Must possess a valid Property & Casualty License
- Must have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude and have a true passion for helping people!
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have above average computer skills
- Need to advise our customers on their risks and be able to provide solutions
- Must be willing to work out of both of our agency locations. One location is near Bass Pro Shops and the other is in Benton
- Must work well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
