Rena' Gilliam Agencies are growing. We are already one of the largest Allstate Insurance agencies in Arkansas, one of the largest in the Southeast Region, and... we're not done yet!!! We are currently looking for a Customer Service Agent that holds a valid Property & Casualty license to join our award-winning Team in our Hot Springs office!

  • Manage our growing customer service team by reinforcing our customer focused culture and processes
  • Identify potential gaps in customer coverage to better protect their families. Then refer them to our sales department.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, with empathy, on high level service issues
Requirements
  • Required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus!
  • Must possess a valid Property & Casualty License
  • Must have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude and have a true passion for helping people!
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have above average computer skills
  • Need to advise our customers on their risks and be able to provide solutions
  • Must be willing to work out of both of our agency locations. One location is near Bass Pro Shops and the other is in Benton
  • Must work well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
