Renaissance Energy Group is Hiring a Project Manager Near Castle, DE
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of renewable energy projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to drive project success and contribute to the growth of Renaissance Energy Group.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage renewable energy projects from inception to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Manage changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the energy sector, preferably in renewable energy.
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in renewable energy technologies.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
Proficiency in project management software tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.31 - $37.12 per hour
