Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Primary Therapist at Renaissance Recovery located in Lantana, FL. As a Primary Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting treatment planning, providing individual counseling services, managing cases, and addressing chemical dependency and dual diagnosis needs of clients. This is an on-site role where you will work directly with clients in our facility.
Qualifications
- Experience in treatment planning, counseling, and clinical documentation
- Expertise in addressing chemical dependency and dual diagnosis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Empathy and compassion for clients
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy
