Project Manager/ Estimator- Doors, Frames and Hardware RENCON Door & Glass, a certified small, woman owned business and one of the largest purchaser and installer of doors, frames and hardware products is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager / Estimator. We are very well known in the industry and have the experience and industry ties to tackle projects of any size in government, commercial, and institutional facilities We are looking to add additional Project Managers to help keep pace with the growth in the Tidewater area of Virginia. Job Description: At least 5 years of experience working in commercial Construction (Doors, Frames and Hardware helpful) Excellent communication skills and positive interpersonal skills Able to read blueprint / plans Manage multiple projects at one time Computer skills such as Excel, Word, and QuickBooks Detail oriented is ideal for this type of role Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,275.61 - $65,364.17 per year
