1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

3. Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
4. Must be able to work in a standing position for long period of time.
5. Must have the ability to use, hand-eye coordination, with electric hand toolsas well as manual hand tools.
6. Must be able to conduct minor repairs on appliances, such as washers, dryers,dishwashers, TV’s, air conditioning and other system malfunctions.
7. Applicantmust satisfy the Reneson Driver Policy with a valid drivers license that is clean.
