Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia & Roanoke is looking for a Marketing Associate to join our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual who has strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively, utilize customer service and time management skills, and can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. YOUR ROLE

• Assist our Marketing and Sales Team while working in collaboration with Customer Liaisons in identifying and initiating contact with previous customers on specific anniversary dates.
• Initiate contact with leads through outbound calls, emails, and texting dashboard.
• Create opportunities with anniversary leads for repeat business, through rapport building, lead nurturing and building relationships utilizing the Renewal by Andersen signature service model. 
• Conduct a preliminary assessment to gauge interest and qualify leads based on specific criteria.
• Collaborate with Anniversary Design Consultant to ensure proper hand-off of the lead, while providing all necessary information. 
• Utilize CRM, Excel, and data platforms to identify, track and report relevant information about leads. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activity and all lead interactions utilizing our CRM system.
• Greet and schedule all showroom walk ins.
• Maintain a broad understanding of our offerings, deals, and discounts. Stay updated and relevant with Renewal by Andersen specific products, trends, and news. 
• Take inbound calls from our Marketing team at times to maintain the appointment calendar. 
• Periodic travel to other network affiliates and Roanoke location as needed.

• Good at building rapport with people, working in a fast-paced environment, proficient communicator. 
• Previous experience in a direct sale or lead generation position. 
• Proficient on the phone and using digital platforms such as Microsoft Office suite.
• Possess an inspiring attitude!
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Be able to work some weekends as needed and directed by Management.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Results- driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding goals.
• This is an in-office, part-time position, located in Richmond, VA.
