Renewal by Andersen is looking for dynamic, highly-motivated sales professionals to join our growing team. RbAs Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations that provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. Our exclusive Fibrex product provides a beautiful, long-lasting, energy-efficient solution. We back it up with an unparalleled warranty and service standards.

Were a leader in work-life balance with 2 appointments a day, 5 days a week for our sales team with a six figure earning potential- happy team members = happy customers. Our Bay area team surpassed $80 million in sales in 2021 and are aiming even higher for 2022.

**On a day to day basis, you will:** - Daily travel to and from your residence to pre-set appointments with homeowners within the San Francisco bay area - Perform product presentations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations - Maintain weekly schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends - Attend trainings and regular sales meetings - Work alongside our Operations teams to assist homeowners through the life of their project

**You're a great fit if:** - A strong desire and ability to close the sale - Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process - Previous outside sales experience is plus - Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required) - Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60lbs of sample materials as needed (required) - Hold a valid drivers license with a clean driving record (required)
