PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create new work orders, schedule work orders to ensure service requests are processed in accordance with KPI's.
• Verifying service requests are closed and submitting work orders for warranty.
• Provide Signature Service for homeowners and peers.
• Performs data entry level clerical work related to RbA CORO service, of limited complexity and variety.
• Answers telephone and emails; determines nature of service concern and directs individuals to appropriate staff or supplies information
• Maintains stock levels of supplies & brochures in the warehouse.
• Post and update customer management system with current service notes and status.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
• Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills
• Ability to develop and establish good interpersonal relationships.
• Demonstrates ability to work and contribute in a team environment
• Excellent phone etiquette and verbal/writing skills in a high-volume setting.
