POSITION PURPOSE:This role entails taking inbound phone calls from homeowners inquiring about Andersen products and services with the goal of turning the inquiry into leads for Andersen and Renewal. This role also includes making outbound phone calls to homeowners in response to web leads to determine the best solution for the homeowner’s project and schedule appointments via a prescribed appointment setting process. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing an excellent customer service experience by ensuring customers have the information and assistance they need, while maintaining the company’s positive reputation.

Taking inbound phone calls and make outbound calls to customers inquiring about Andersen products and services.

Following communication “scripts” when handling different topics

Locating the appropriate Andersen dealer for the homeowner and reaching out to the dealer to provide contact information for the homeowner

Scheduling RbA appointments for replacement and remodeling lead inquiries

Learning how to listen for common objections and utilize sales training to overcome them

Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative performance targets

Entering data into CRM system and using Mitel phone system

Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service/sales role
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Integrity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Customer focused and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to work successfully in a remote work environment while adhering to job and customer expectations
High-speed internet, willingness to work varied shifts that change monthly
