Renewal by Andersen is a premier replacement window and door company that has an immediate opening for a Paint Shop Tech-2nd Shift who is extremely reliable and able to multitask. This position is full time with growth potential! The successful candidate chosen for this position will be responsible for prepping and finishing all job-related material (sanding, cutting, staining, painting, etc.) in an efficient and timely manner. Our homeowners value quality and expect exceptional results, so attention to detail is a must! Come join our team!

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prep and finish all materials
• Unloading and loading products
• Provide support to production
• Perform other tasks, as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

• Paint shop experience helpful
• Must be able to comfortably lift at least 50 lbs
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to undergo a Criminal Background Check
