We are looking for an Associate Event & Retail Manager to join the non-traditional marketing team in our Twin Cities market! This is a great opportunity to work with a well-established, world-class organization that values culture, collaboration, learning, and career growth.

Due to the nature of the role, the ability to work up to 40 weekends per year is required .

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Oversee development & participation in retail partnerships and creation of lead-gen opportunities, including onsite administration, supervision, and other implementation details.
• Negotiates contracts with retail partners and outside vendors to procure space and to obtain the best value for our investment.
• Manages the department calendar.
• Leads classroom training to teach new staff our methodology and processes.
• Provides guidance, training, and work direction to retail marketing reps.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing / communications preferred, or equivalent skills / abilities
• 1-2 years of experience in sales / marketing, planning events, and / or managing sales / retail teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strategic thinking skills, with strong project management skills, including attention to detail
• Strong leadership skills

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
