Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

We are looking to add to our Talent Acquisition Team with this entry-level recruiting opportunity, no prior skills needed. We are searching for someone who is ambitious to learn something new and become a part of our RbA family. Our Talent Acquisition team works with Renewal by Andersen's business needs to field applicants, review their qualifications, and schedule phone interviews with our recruiting team.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Recruiters and Talent Partners to determine qualifications for incoming candidates.

- Field candidates from job postings on a variety of job sites (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.) and review their applications.

- Reach out to qualified candidates through email, phone call, and/or text message.

- Schedule phone interviews with the appropriate members on the recruiting team through Outlook, our ATS, and Monday.com.

- Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.

Qualifications:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required)

- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment (required)

- Enthusiasm about Renewal by Andersen, our brand, and our products

- Ability to be a self-directed worker

- Driven by metrics and results

- High attention to detail for reviewing requirements and scheduling (required)

Compensation and Benefits:

- $19.23/hr. ($40,000/annual)

Schedule:

- Onsite in our Carmel office

- Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm
