Conscious Health - Neuro Clinic, located in the Los Angeles area, is currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant!

Schedule / Availability:

• Per Diem, 2 - 4 hours a week as needed
• Hybrid schedule
• Potential for growth, hours could increase over time.

Essential Duties including but not limited to:

• Oversee Ketamine treatments when being administered.
• Follow up with patients as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education, Licenses & Experience:

• Must possess current Furnishing Nurse Practitioner License.
• Familiarity with the following types of treatment: TMS, Spravato Ketamine, TMS Mapping, etc.
• Mental Health treatment experience preferred.
• Current professional liability insurance.
• Documented compliance with any state statutes and regulations governing advanced practice psychiatric mental health nursing required.

Hiring Requirements:

1. Hiring is contingent upon completion of a Background Check, TB test, and clearance on a drug screen and pre-employment physical. Current First Aid and CPR certification or willing to obtain upon hire.
2. For the mental health program additional requirements include receiving DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance or an exemption and a submission of a signed Criminal Record Statement (LIC 508).
