The Renfrew Center of Paramus, NJ offers an unmatched opportunity, in the field of eating disorders, for a full-time Clinical Team Leader/Supervisor to work in an environment that changes lives. The Renfrew Center’s research-based treatment model, for eating disorders, is focused on treating the whole person and helping them lead a rich and fulfilling life.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of the DTP & IOP clinical program. This includes selecting, training, supervising, and evaluating staff
• Program development and quality management initiatives
• Co-leading multidisciplinary staff meetings; assisting in providing direction for resolution of problems identified by staff
• Performing utilization reviews
• Outreach to the community
• Assisting in meeting the fiscal goals; and assisting in providing direction for clinical care. 

Education, Competencies and Credentials:

• Master’s Degree in a social services field and a valid license is required
• Candidate must be an LCSW, or a licensed clinical psychologist (PsyD or PhD)

• Candidates with SIFI and/or NJ Certificate for Supervision a plus

• Supervisory or management experience required and experience working with women with eating disorders preferred. 

Hours: 

• Monday – Friday 40 hours per week. Some evenings required.
