We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to various surfaces in an industrial setting.
Pay is flexible and is based on experience
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 4:00PM-12:30AM & Friday 3:00PM-11:30PM
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Apply paint and coatings using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, or brushing
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish on all painted surfaces
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Forklift experience a plus
- Previous experience as an Industrial Painter
- Use of airless water-based sprayer required
- Repetitive painting with proper strokes
- Respirator fit test
- Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
