Job Summary:
The Lead Sales Associate at Renn Kirby Auto Group is a full-time, individual contributor position located in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our sales team, the Lead Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to meet company goals and objectives. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and customer service skills
- Utilize effective sales techniques to meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Conduct vehicle sales transactions in line with company policies and procedures
- Follow up with potential customers and manage all leads in a timely manner
- Maintain a thorough understanding of vehicle inventory, features, and benefits to effectively assist customers in their vehicle selection
- Assist in the training and development of new sales team members
- Act as a positive role model and leader within the sales team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous sales experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Team-oriented with strong leadership abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
