Pay rate $25/hr DOE RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute dinner dishes with precision and consistency, adhering to established recipes and standards of quality while also demonstrating flexibility to accommodate special requests and preferences.
Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation, conducting regular inspections and taste tests to uphold our reputation for excellence.
Proper adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of ingredients, as well as thorough cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
Collaborate effectively with other members of the culinary team, including sous chefs, prep cooks, and dishwashers, to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations and timely delivery of meals to guests.
Interact professionally and courteously with guests, responding to inquiries, accommodating special requests, and addressing any concerns or feedback with a positive attitude and commitment to exceeding expectations.
Work with Executive Chef and Sous Chef to minimize waste
Communicate well with FOH Staff to answer questions about dietary restrictions
Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, health codes, and licensing requirements, maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in all food and beverage areas.
Self Disciplined, knows how to take the lead and see that tasks get completed to the end.PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation principles

ServSafe Food Handler Certification required
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing 50 or more pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion.
Work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless service.
Flexibility to work throughout the week, including evenings as needed to accommodate special events and activities.
