NOW HIRING PRESS OPERATOR FOR 2nd SHIFTS!
Renold Morristown is now hiring a Compound Press Operator for 2nd shift to set up and operate single or multi-operation machines to blank steel parts, produced to print specifications from bar stock, coil, or individual pieces, perform quality checks, and complete necessary paperwork as instructed.
Typical shift hours:
- 1st shift operates 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 2nd shift operates 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- 3rd shift operates 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM
*Hours may vary by department. 2nd shift operators train on 1st Shift for a minimum of 4 weeks and transition to their respective shift after successful completion of training. Shift premiums also apply for 2nd and 3rd shift positions ($0.75/hr)
Qualified Candidates:
- Have a strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Follow safety and quality procedures
- Can read measuring equipment and/or blueprints
- Can work the assigned schedule
- High School diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
