Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Apprentice Carpenter to join our quickly growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing excellent communication and service to our client base. The candidate must be willing to be a part of the core leadership team. The candidate must be proficient in designing, installing, rebuilding, and assembling various structures. As an Apprentice Carpenter, you will be responsible for assisting in and learning a wide range of carpentry duties, including flooring, siding, framing, masonry work, roof installations, weather sealing, blueprint reading, and project planning.

• Design and install wooden and metal structures according to specifications
• Perform masonry work such as bricklaying, tile/grout, and concrete formwork
• Install roofing materials, including shingles, tiles, or metal sheets
• Caulk and seal joints to ensure water and air tightness
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
• Assemble and disassemble temporary structures as needed
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing structures
• Cabinet and countertop installation
• Proficient with utilizing painting tools and paint supplies
• Experienced in installing and repairing drywall
• Installing various type of subflooring, underlayment, and various flooring materials
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time

Skills:
- Proficient in various carpentry techniques and tools
- Strong knowledge of framing work and installation processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Experience with door and window framing is preferred
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Requirements:

1 Years of Carpentry Experience Preferred

Valid Driver's License Required

Strong Communication Skills Required

Leadership Skills Required

Pay: $25,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
