Renovation Church is a fast-growing community that is passionate about following Jesus and helping others do the same. In 2021, we moved into a brand new 21,000 square foot church building, and since moving our church has grown in attendance from 500 to 1800 people. In light of this growth, we recently built a 24,000 square foot building addition. At this time, we are looking to add a part-time custodian to our team. We are seeking to hire a servant hearted, detail-conscious custodian who will clean and maintain our church building in partnership with our current full time custodian. RESPONSIBILITIES

Routine Weekly Cleaning

• Collaborate with the full time custodian to complete weekly routine cleaning tasks, such as vacuuming classrooms and offices, cleaning bathrooms, washing windows, scrubbing lobby floor, etc.

Routine Quarterly/Annual Cleaning

• Cleaning carpet, changing HVAC filters, washing building exterior/windows, etc.

Special Projects

• Collaborating with the full time custodian to complete special projects such as room set-up for meetings and special events, availability during “all hands” church outreach events (Christmas, Easter, Family Fun Day), and flexibility to be present during and after special events such as funerals and weddings, etc.

Report Directly to Overseeing Manager

• Meet regularly with Overseeing Manager to report strengths and weaknesses of the ministry, to be held accountable for job responsibilities, and also to better develop personal leadership.
