Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries and technical support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Answer applicant and user questions via phone and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services or escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team member.
- Provide product training and create knowledge base articles and FAQs to empower customers to resolve common issues independently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly and professional support.
- Continuously update and maintain knowledge of our products, services, and industry best practices.
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or technology company. but not required.
- Applicants must have native-level proficiency in Spanish and English
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with help desk software, ticketing systems, and remote support tools.
