Rent Right is excited to be seeking a new full-time salaried role, we are hiring a Transaction Broker, for the Home Right Sales Team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who works well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

This critical role will primarily act as the compliance or managing broker for the entire brokerage with ADRE, oversee all new Home Right Sales Team’s transactions including but not limited to managing contracts for both the listing and buyer’s agents, following the Home Right sales process, ensuring timeframes and broker compliance, data entry, maintaining records, spreadsheets and checklists, communicating efficiently and effectively, etc. Secondarily this person will assist with advertising, networking, CRM management, business development and growth. 

This position has some flexibility and could be performed remotely or in the office. This position may occasionally require trips into the field including but not limited to meeting clients or vendors as well as task-based assignments such as installing or removing a lockbox or delivering paperwork.

This role will communicate via phone, text and email with our Team, Clients, other Agents and Vendors. 

The position includes attending required meetings and running weekly reports. Remaining current on Arizona real estate law and licensing. Fostering and maintaining a positive relationship with our sphere, Vendors, Clients and Team alike.
