JOB SUMMARY: Rent Siesta Key is a property management company that works with investors and owners to maximize profitability of their homes by renting them to families visiting the Florida Area. We are in need of a Maintenance Technician to assist us in preventative maintenance of our portfolio of homes as well as someone to assist in responding to client’s homes when issues arise throughout the day.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Performing Routine Maintenance around homes and buildings such as fixing structural damage, window, door, and wall repair

· Complete Assigned Work Orders and Projects while traveling between properties each day.

· Conduct PM and Guest Readiness Inspections at properties

· Respond to properties when guests have issues and conduct repair and service recovery

· Ensure properties and business space are free from debris and trash

· Repairing Broken or Leaking Plumbing to avoid Water Damage and restore full use of water fixture

· Maintaining building HVAC or PTAC units to ensure proper usability when home is occupied by tenants

· Apply Preventative Maintenance measures to the building and home to reduce risk of future issues.

· Addressing problems and troubleshooting independently

· Comply with OSHA and Safety standards

· Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations

· Motivate and lead by example for all team members

· Responsible for understanding and adhering to attendance guidelines; expected to report to work on scheduled days and at scheduled times

· Receives and resolves or assists in resolving guest complaints

· Completes reporting on time and as required by management

· Knowledge and operation of brand operating system

· Knowledge of all emergency and other corporate or brand procedures and how to act on them.

· Report any unusual occurrences or requests to the General Manager immediately

REQUIRED/PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Customer service experience required

· 5 Years Maintenance Technician in building Maint required

· High school diploma required

· Clean Driving Record

· Familiarity with Maintenance tools and equipment

· Ability to handle a physical workload
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record – satisfactory criminal background screening required – professional references

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
