Are you passionate about home maintenance? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Promptly address resident service requests and work orders.
Assess and repair various maintenance issues including electrical, plumbing, A/C, HVAC, appliances, and interiors.
Ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed accurately and on schedule.
Maintain detailed records of preventative maintenance, service requests, and work-in-progress.
Respond to on-call emergencies in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date on building codes and safety standards.
Qualifications:
HVAC Certification is required.
License in A/C repair is required.
1 year previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in residential property management.
Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, carpentry, blacksmithing, painting, and drywall repair.
Maintenance of appliances, water heaters, air conditioning.
Availability for on-call emergency services as needed.
Reliable personal transportation for responding to on-call emergencies.
Driver's License (Required).
